I am following this minimal kernel posts and it's my first time being exposed to using the .cargo/cargo.toml file to put config. I wrote what was specific to the project in the README but is there some sort of convention about how to make such projects requirements explicit?
for instance, when cloning a repository, the local .cargo/cargo.toml file would not be overwritten, thankfully, but then a required configuration would not be available without manual human intervention (which is quite possibly the appropriate way to deal with this)
