If we give connections how data will merge from all these databases to one central location?

For connecting to each database we have to maintain separate IP address to pull the data from central server.

4. In google it shows for single sql server max user connections are 32000
5. Is it good to install Rdbms in each database?

A general programming question - Say I have converted an image into binary code - 010101100010000.... and so on. How can I compile that binary code to form the image again? (Not related to c++ at all but please help...)

they told me that all data like text, images etc. was just binary. How do I use the binary representation to convert it back into an image?
