I am trying to develop a Cyber Cafe software application based on windows, I want the server(admin) to allow the client to use computer if admin wants. I have to do RPC or connect (JAVA RMI and C++). And Windows feature to blocking of all the windows apps(Explorer and Other user application) using C++. What is the name of my Solution??
