I'm going to change EditMonitor's internals a bit: it would be much more useful if we can catch edits which are at 2 approvals + 2 rejections in the queue, so we can take action before they are actually approved, if necessary. (And the 'Approved with ...' reason stays for edits it didn't catch in time)

A length check wouldn't be an option there since all gibberish posts are short.

The gibberish classifier was built independently of Smokey, and I thought it would be a nice experiment to run it on Smokey a bit.

But it's been mostly overtaken by the "few unique characters in post" reason anyway.
