CSS question: there's no way to use a sibling selector to match only when the previous sibling's has an attribute that's different than this? E.g., adapting the example from developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/… there's no way to have a sibling selector that says "div whose lang attribute does not match the previous sibling's lang attribute" right?
