Level one is its own group with its controls in it. The controls inside will also be collapsible with information under them

Yes you can have nested accordions
typically that just requires additional markup (HTML)

I am using bootstrap I need to create a sticky footer, but when I follow the example shown the footer width exceeds the parent element.

@bigchungus no the footer I am using extends width wise
I think its because I am using class="row" inside footer which is an absolute element
