How do people here feel about going quoteless (when possible) with HTML attribute values? I'm currently in the habit of quoting everything all the time, but isn't that a thing that was originally pushed because of XHTML? (Which seems to me has pretty much fizzled.)

@kshetline IMO it's much better for readability in most text editors, so I would always recommend it.

I've gotten so used to it, that I mostly find it more readable to always have quotes too, but I'm most tempted to drop quotes from purely numeric values -- makes them look more like actual number than strings.
