Q: CSS border trick makes DIV unclickable

Q: PHP PDO Buffered query problem

I'm having some serious problems with the PHP Data Object functions. I'm trying to loop through a sizeable result set (~60k rows, ~1gig) using a buffered query to avoid fetching the whole set. No matter what I do, the script just hangs on the PDO::query() - it seems the query is running unbuffer...

We have just been using SVN in the office and are starting to use git now.
I was just wondering what is the "Standard" way in which people deploy? Do the have a DEV UAT and Production branch? I have seen some articles where when you do a oush it does a pull on the server.

use (min|max)-device-(width|height) instead of (min|max)-(width|height)

It's not the viewport meta tag, it's css size unit, for example: font-size: 9vh (9% of site height)

but if size resize font will change accordingly and i don't want that
