i have small doubt
i want to display navigation bar with title image
so i am writing like this
UIBarButtonItem * item = [[UIBarButtonItem alloc] initWithCustomView:[[UIImageView alloc] initWithImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"guruvu-ios.png"]]];

self.navigationItem.leftBarButtonItem=item;
it is working good
now i want to add background color of navigation bar
so i am writing like this

[[UIBarButtonItem appearance] setTintColor:[UIColor greenColor]];

but the background color not displayed
how can i solve my issse?

putting image to title and bar button are two different things

self.navigationController.navigationBar.backgroundColor = [UIColor redColor];
by this you can change navigation bar background color

If you are using navigation controller and navigate through pages, then by default back button come after you navigate from first screen
