@GeorgeStocker I am flagging those questions a lot, lately. I used to put that [delv-pls] in the text. Now that you've referred to it, I'll be using This is a localized question relating to a simple syntax error/typo. instead.

@GeorgeStocker It means "I think this question needs deleting, please cast delete votes on it if you agree" and it is indeed an inappropriate thing to put in a flag.

@DreamEater Two things: 1) If you are going to use a proper flag to highlight a question for deletion, explain why it should be deleted ;-) 2) Flagging is probably inappropriate for this anyway, because the moderator queues have enough junk in them anyway, and moderator deletions are often not appropriate because they are binding (i.e. regular users cannot vote to undelete them)

We want to help keep the site tidy but we don't want to play god, annoy the moderators, or appear unfriendly to people outside the [cv-ring] process.

@DaveRandom No, I wasn't aware of any of that stuff; hence my initial confusion at the [delv-pls'] added to flags. But your comments are spot on.
