Probably a stupid question but I can't find a way to identify the positive class from an nnet classification model? :S

If I build a classification model using a factor as the target, I can't see any clear way of determining (from predicted values) which class to classify under. At most I can just the levels element of the model to show "class 1" "class 2", from that I just deduce that "class 1" is 0 and "class 2" is 1 (depending in their order)
