thank you for all your answers I found out what the problem was

I was using minikube and had local storage as a type of storage when I switch to a vm and used nfs storage everything worked perfectly

storage wise I haven't touched anything else tomorrow I'll be deploying it as you mentioned above thanks again for all the help
