I would like to include the build number in the 4th version number, as an extended SemVer format.
What is the best way to include the build number?
I want to include it to reflect how much work the team put in a project.
Imagine a project where different developers commit and have different branches.
How could build number being incremented once per build, centralized and then being able to retrieve it from the code (C#).
