@Tech BTW I mainly contribute to StackOverflow in Russian not because of language (I do love talking in English too) but because it is a bit smaller than enSO and it makes it more... like a community, And I myself get the answer quicker (on enSO I get my questions closed ;D and question ban). I've got 8k on ruSO

@VictorVosMottor Take a look at this. It was the original revision of my question on World Building SE. The answerer (now suspended until January) was German, and his English wasn't great. Fortunately, I edited the post to make it better.

@TechExpertWizard They are suspended for a year to... cool down. Weird. Ping some guys on Tavern or in WordBuilding room. I don't know why are they banned...
