Hey, @double-beep! I'm pinging you since you seem to be one of the primary maintainers of the Advanced Flagging userscript. Yunnosch uses it heavily on SO to leave auto-comments including the author's name under NAAs, and I just noticed two cases where it picked up the wrong author name (either from another answer, or from the question).

I edited the comments to remove the wrong names, so you can no longer see the evidence, but they are here and here.

Yunnosch just tested again, watching carefully, and confirmed the wrong name was pulled and inserted.

He's now disabled the automatic name-insertion and confirmed that everything is working fine, so this is not urgent, but it's definitely a bug that should be fixed, if that option is going to exist.

(Personally, I'd rather just not have the name inserted at all, but if it's going to exist and people are going to use it, then it definitely needs to not insert the wrong name!)
