I am pleased to here there's discussion, because it looks just all swept under the rug from my end. So after "I don't know who did that but.." and then 1 hour later "I happen to know this was a mistake in this case.." what has happened in between? And could the details of this deal be made a little bit more public?

As for "what else do we have at this point?" here is what I think should be done, the RO's that are not actually productive can be removed, especially the ones who are counter-productive. I don't understand what the point is for someone to be RO if they're not actually moderating the room at all.
