@BarbarosÖzhan After some RND I found that there is a default database in mysql and there is a table named character_sets which you used in query. And I found that there are 40 values are there. So I think that's why we're getting 40 data only.

So I don't think so there is any issue of default value property set in mysql.

yes I forgot what I used, I chose it as a suitable view from information schema

it's hard to generate rows in MySQL, it's very easy for Oracle or PostGRES
