You are trying to upload an apk signed with debug signature.
Before you upload your apk to play store, you must first sign it with your own signature.
A signature is something that tells the play store that it is really you who is uploading the application.
You create it once and then sign all your future apk builds with this signature.
Once you've signed your application properly there should be no more error...
