you need a catchier name

I don't disagree that it needs a better name, but I'll write the philosophy document to explain the idea. short version of which, is to frame the payment as a standard fee companies should be paying for using open source, similar to how restaurants pay a fee for playing music.

@Danack the fee's beneficiary is on the bottom in your html but it's on the top in the invoices pics you sent me. which one should i do?
