Hi all! My basic 1 hidden layer neural net training on MNIST is behaving strangely: whenever I give it an example to train on, it identifies the next one I give it as the same as the last one, e.g. if I give it a 0, it will identify the next one as a 0, no matter what it is. Can anyone help?
