Burnination progress for the code-review tag

stop tag [tag]                  - Stops the burnination of the given tag. The tag can be omitted if ran inside the dedicated burn room.
quota                           - Prints the remaining quota for the Stack Exchange API.
update progress [tag]           - Forces an update of the progress of the burnination. The tag can be omitted if ran inside the dedicated burn room.
start tag [tag] [roomId] [Meta] - Starts the burnination of the given tag.
stop                            - When ran in a dedicated burn room, makes the bot leave the room. Otherwise, stops it.

I can close and/or delete, retag, whatever. That's the point. I remember how excruciatingly frustrating it is to not have the tools. That was one thing I wanted as a mod. So if I can't use them, it's a waste of a diamond imo

If you ping me 20 times a day with burn things that's ok. The room has a limit to 40 pings for burn stuff a day on me :D
