Anyone who have experience with Hyper-V ?

When I try to start the virtual machine (initially turned off) the application encountered an error while attmpting to change the state of VM

'DockerDesktop' failed to start because one of the Hyper-V components is not running

Please suggest me where to ask question if you don't have an experience . Thank you

funny thing I noticed

the cheaper budget laptops don't have USB-C

for charging

but then the chromebooks have usb c for some odd reason

Google Chrome Releases: Chrome Stable for iOS Update
