I am getting this below error

I am actually with this 2 line in the script
what does this 2 line means
soup = BeautifulSoup(r.text, "html.parser")
csv_link = soup.find('a', {'class':'app-btn-down', 'href':lambda h:'bm_chassis' in h})['href']
