This is literally a room where there is spam from the bot and me and anyone else with write access

Estimated timeframe:
    * 15 minutes setup
    * 1 hour experimentation
    * 2 hours initial dev (parsing, saving, and setting up learning)
    * 2-5 hours writing learning code
    * 4 hours of testing in the during the previous stages
    * Debug (could take minutes, could take years. WHo knows?)
    * Learning (could take minutes, could take days. Learning is a slow process)
