Is there a (centralized, monitored) place to submit feature requests for the javadoc standard?
Unless it exists and I can't find it, it seems it would be helpful to have an `@ignoreInherit` tag for some doc lines. Example:
This method does a thing.
@{ignoreInherit That thing is implementation dependent.}
void doAthing();
And then an implementor would:
@{inheritDoc}
This method does a specific thing.
void doAThing();
The desired result is that the implementor doens't copy the "implementation specific" comment line.
