I am getting this error

i have declared the jfrog.artifactory.server-ur property in properties tag

it is not replacing

that property at run time

perhaps the value of the property is weird, but I cant know

try to set a really simple value in there to see if it can read that

if not, then... just place the url in your distribution management... I guess
