@JBis Basically I want to print rows and columns by inputting their begin and end index. But that seems very hard.

Like:

First row then last column

Then last row (in reverse order)

Ans so on...

But this is too hard to implement.

Java prints left to right

You cant go up or down or right to left

I use Eclipse because:
Mousing over something displays its description.
Control+clicking on something and it shows where it's defined.
Everything is customizable.
There's a button to format code to your preferences.
It was the IDE on which I wrote my first code.

Something to note: There is nothing wrong using methods and stuff that already existed before Java 8. I would have done it the way you did above and that's it.

Because I asked Michael for that. For some classes there is a List<Long> (shitty puns, woohoo) which is not required after someone selected a number from it so it is removed.

@Wietlol I know that JavaFX has a something that allows something like that. It's mostly just a proxy for your jar file including all the dlls required to run it.

Java making platform specific executables if you run it on your server (which doesnt have to be cross platform) to increase performance

Don't know anything about that (there are dozens of shady third party tools, I think). I only used JavaFX for .exe stuff.

The gradle plugin requires a class as main class that extends Application from the javafx package so the FX thread would always run and you might be able to work around that... Prolly isn't the idea behind that.
