welllll... I can understand they worry about you. I know if I ever am lucky enough to have a daughter I'd probably be anxious also. People out in the real world can be nasty.

ummmmmm... I don't know your family, but if it's anything like what I've seen in my life, parents can shout because they are stressed out because of other things, or just one little worry about you (you coming home far too late) is just on top of all the other things (in their life, which have nothing to do with you) that they stress out about,or it might be because they are genuinely worried about you...

I can imagine that rape case (where the girl died) is a big big news item within India like it is outside of India.

you are certainly old enough to take care of yourself, but it's good that you are home and with them. I sometimes miss living with my family, but I'm a little too old for that now and I get along with my parents better just getting to visit them every few months. My dad was also a tempermental yeller. He doesn't yell at me anymore though, because I'm not around enough for him to get annoyed with me.

They are searching someone to marry me and think since I reach home late there's something wrong. But they are wrong I told them.

just be honest with them and tell them there's nothing to worry about... and listen to them when they have something to say, some of it might be useful.

It's for the last few weekends. I think last 4-5 weekends. Since I was searching for a job, I stopped studying new things for a while. And have been enjoying weekends that didn't have any interviews

Well yeah, you should be doing something with friends while you have time. If they do find you somebody to marry, you won't be able to do things with your friends nearly as easily, I think.

In our caste we marry early but I'll marry little late cos I've elder sister and she's already married so theres nobody to take care of them after me

yap. They should be happy to have you close by, for now. Eventually you might move to Singapore or maybe even the Australia or the U.S.

well right now I'm sorting through papers on my desk and on the floor (my home office is always a chaotic mess) and then later on I'll go to the post office to mail a birthday box to my sister who lives in Germany and after that, I may get a chance to continue working on a small iOS project I've been doing the past week.

which has a backend server piece I'm talking to via JSON and the server guys are making their API a moving target. fun fun fun!

haaaaaaa... I don't know if they have good Chocolate in Germany. I think the Swiss people do, though.
