How should you best address a group of downvoters on a question:

1) A pack of downvoters
2) A herd of downvoters
3) A flock of downvoters
4) A murder of downvoters

How do we know tech giants are not reducing efficiency by constantly changing working APIs?

I have wasted so much time fixing originally working apps because someone else changed their APIs, it's not funny. How to slowly murder others.

Tech is sad nowadays - very little progress, mostly wasted time.

Humanity is doomed because humans are way too stupid.

ios auto layout is sh!t

Auto layout in the wrong way and because it's black box, there are very few ways to rectify it unless ready to write hundreds lines of code to correct them programmatically.

I only do Android. We profiled recently that in certain (dev) builds, creating the first frame sometimes topped 1 second.

Android layout is more or less open, you can make mistakes, but it's xml so at least you know what's going on.
