lift isn't causing any problems despite the brace-style initialization (it's a struct so C-aggregate-initialization pops in)

Could be a variadic template issue.

now lift is erroring, aftering making an explicit function in the meantime for that operator on composer

template<class F>
composer<F> lift(F f){ return composer<F>( f ); }

And adding explicit default constructor:

composer( L l ) : l(l) {

}

Fixed it

It compiles now, but only because I forcefully specialized a function myself:

auto operator()( int vs ) -> decltype(l(vs))
	{ return l(vs); }

The minute you throw variadic template arguments into that, it flips the fuck out.

Yeah, the whole problem is Variadic Templates in MSVC

Doing this compiles fine for all 1-argument things:

template <typename Ts0>
	auto operator()( Ts0&& vs ) -> decltype(l(std::forward<Ts0>( vs )))
	{ return l(std::forward<Ts0>( vs )); }

Guess I gotta write dem 5-argument overloads by hand.
