first of all you shouldn't take that tooltip on the downvote button too seriously... Its a pretty generic message...

I´m not shure but these ratings influence my options dont they ..but more important what they do that..whast is wrong with that post ?

also to downvote, a user only needs 125 rep... not really a high rank...

but 1) why they do that, 2) is he correct ?

I'll try to go through the things I see that might have been seen in a bad light by some...

It kind of looks like you're asking a whole bunch of questions when in fact you only have one main problem...

all the questions are on the same issues...in fact i added more questions ..just so the replyer can answer them in a ordered way,,,but that is not even the point..i got the 2 minus for "not having resaearched enough" ...i honestly dont see that

There are a few capitals letters missing and some spelling errors... I personally don't feel something like spelling is worth a downvote... but I've come across the grammar police a few times :P

The message there is always the same and is not tailored to a specific state of the post...

can i complain somewhere...can a mod evaluate..an if he agrees undo that and give the downvoter a message...also wold you have downvoted it...i´m fairly new did a few posts and usually shot like this happends except one that got me 25+

This forum looks to me more like a bully game instead of helping (not you ofcourse) anywhere else it would have been a well written question

well what I think you should remember is that anyone can vote for whatever reason they want...

votes are anonymous.. and no one is required to disclose their votes...

If someone feels the need to explain why they thought the question was bad then good for them!

but if they do that UNrightfully i should be able to complain somewhere...

but sometimes people are just skimming though posts or maybe they don't have time to leave a constructive comment...

Only when someone goes around voting on a whole bunch of the same users posts will an automatic script kick in and reverse those votes...

That's like someone going after a user personally... I don't think that's the case here...

That is the general idea of a downvote - but in reality people can downvote for what ever they feel...

i know that...but i´m human also..ýoutuybe has closed doen their apiforum the youtube.devs hang out here (officially) if someone troublkes me to communicate with them then i have nowhere else to go...which cause serious problems for me

No it was downvoted BEFORE i answered my own question...i did not even get the time to read trough my own post and edit it...in less then 2 minutes it showed up.
