Upload an mp3 somewhere. If you don't care that it's actually a valid mp3, fill a file with random bytes and call it an mp3.

If you need link, take on from existing sites, use a file:// protocol URI or make your own download link... Have you considered running a webserver

Well every time I upload a file from the ones that was posted above they are not mp3 file links or have an HTML file at the end of it and before I asked the question all I could find was mp3 uploaders or downloaders but no links nothing I just need a link to test my app :( :'(
