@JacobGray Not yet. However, I don't fully agree with the last three points here.

You can get decent quality questions with no code, and/or a low length.

And the last point is similar to the first one.

@NobodyNada I have completed implementing the mode system. Just need to add the mode command to the commands in main, and in the wiki pages.

@Sam sam, yeah, I wasn't sure about those. I don't think they should be totally disregarded though, used more as a sub-point to determine how bad the question is, if it is caught by one of the filters
