so we're going to elect a President. Each registered, official political party will put forth a candidate. The two dominant parties have established methods for deciding who will be their single, final candidate.

Those two parties hold a pre-election process called the "primaries"

The secondaries are when the losers draw straws to see who gets to get coffee

the candidates for each party need to fight to win enough delegates for the national party convention to have the most delegates vote for them to be the candidate for their party in the final election

each state has a different date* and different methods for determining how the delegates will be determined

(some states have the same day - see Super Tuesday)

Iowa has historically been the first state to choose delegates (and it's same for both parties)

yes, but the very last states have little to no say because it's usually determined by then

most of the states are a "winner takes all" system with the delegates

bernie lost Iowa by 4 SDE, 6 SDE's were decided by coin flips

if they went 50:50 bernie wins

Iowa has 44 delegates to assign

so even though Bernie lost Iowa only by .2%, he's not going to get any delegates from Iowa at the Democratic convention

Superdelegates are members of authority in the party that aren't assigned to a district or country or anything

Superdelegates are people like the Chairman of the Democratic party - they get a single vote (as well as other party members)

well the primaries are more like that which 2/3's of the country does

but the caucuses which happen earlier are to "weed out" candidates and thin the pool

and the caucuses take the place of the normal primary election

for that state

I have a class which get Location so is it possible to have access to other class when application is terminated

Well, class and object aren't quite the same thing. Object is an instance of the class. static methods and fields belong to the class, and non-static methods and fields belong to an object (of that class)

but in your case it shouldn't matter
