Warren I searched one of the errors I saw and found this - github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/3334 but I'm not sure that makes sense either because you just had a post last week that was fine.

Check if I got JWT tokens straight: put header (1) and payload (2) in JSON form, base64 encode it, hash it with a server-wide secret code, and store the hash as (3). (1), (2) and (3) are separated by dots. (3) verifies data integrity, so it can't be spoofed, but it can be read by anyone. Right?
