And for that i have have make enable false but this will also disable to other buttons of other rows. So how can overcome?

i have a fragment in this i am having a listview n mapview
in starting i am setting mapview visibility gone
on click on map button in action bar
i am toggling visibility
but in map loading
screen blinks for around 200 ms
and when i open another fragment from navigation drawer when the map is displaying
it blinks for around 700 ms
have you faced this kind of issue?

No.. I have never faced this things. But to overcome i think you should initialize your mapview in onResume() method using mapview.onResume()

when i update database data in fragment2 and go back to fragment one,
the listview items are not getting updated.
I used Logcat and found out, the onCreateView() in fragment1 is not getting called.
