You can set custom animations during Transaction.
fragmentTransaction.setCustomAnimations(R.anim.card_flip_right_in,R.anim.card_flip_right_out,R.anim.card_flip_left_in,R.anim.card_flip_left_out);
Like this. You can define animations.
