No, because it's creepy and other people will be like "wtf does this guy want?"
This is basically what you just did. You didn't ask for my house keys, but there is a certain level of anonimity that everyone wants to have on the internet. I don't want any stranger here to know my phone number or home address. I don't want to add anyone on facebook unless I know them irl.

@Mr.Alien Yes, it works better but not as smooth as desktop browser. I simply uploaded a video to my server and then tried playing on the device. Initially it loads(buffers full length) and then start playing.

It becomes worse if the same situation is from Amazon s3 server.
