UI/UX: Our sidebar buttons are essentially page-specific copies of our header nav dropdowns (i.e. the sidebar for the "videos" page has the same buttons as you'd find under the "videos" option in the top navbar). The others want to eliminate redundancy, but I think it's better to give the user easy access to relevant buttons. IANADesigner, what do you guys think?

process(data) accepts the data and does more stuff with it. For all we know the outer function could be expecting the inner one to return an XHR object, and the inner one might call process in its success and the return value is used as another indication.
