I set a matrix to my canvas in the onDraw method of a custom view via
canvas.setMatrix(matrix); then I just draw a grid using predefined paints:
canvas.drawRect(0,0,viewWidth,viewHeight, background);
for(int i=0; i <= nRows; i++){
canvas.drawLine(0,i*cellHeight, nCols*cellWidth,i*cellHeigh...

hm ok, sorry I didn't read the table def request... anyway do you think it is a good idea to call an insert if you don't want to have the new values? I would rather create an updateOrInsert and only provide the values you really want to store in the database
well the problems that could appear: 1. your own issue: you don't understand why they are overriden - 2. a different dbms couldn't support such a table definition -> would mean you have some hard time to refactor - 3. to understand what your code does, you need to know the dbms/table behind it
and they couldn't update it easily because they needed to be backwards compatible. I kind of get it but c# is officially inspired by java... so they HAD a good sample
they claim to use the best things from c/c++/java... and they still managed to suck at it
@Reno I'm going to sell it. Best price I have right now is about 45k for a 2 year old one. i7 quad core @ 2.0 gHz, 4 GB RAM, 500 HDD 15.4 inch screen. Plus, most of it is new as the logic board, speakers, trackpad, top case and keyboard were replaced in October.
It works perfectly fine. Only reason I'm selling it and getting a new one is because I didn't take the extended warranty on it and Apple products are ridiculously expensive to repair, as I found out in october.
