Not yet but my company is actually going to be bringing on a new developer sometime later this year or early next year. Know it's not immediate but we do have an opening coming up (waiting on some financials to continue to increase).

junior or intermediate roles?

Intermediate-to-senior. Ideally, a midlevel or above. We had some juniors before and it just didn't work as well because we have such a small staff that we did not have the right amount of time to train them correctly.

Cool ... I've been there twice but just to Veranassi, Delhi, Mumbai, Goa (of course), Chennai, Varkala and Bandhavgard (the Tiger reserve, which I'm probably spelling horribly wrong). Had a great trip both times ... and my wife keeps bugging me to take her back :)

Just pleasure! When I was up north, I was just a kid (25) but my wife and I went for a month in 2008 for an anniversary trip. Had a blast!! Still need to get to the north east coast ... never been to that part!

I am not a TDD guy.. because my current employer killed me...

Ugh ... we try. I've gotten our code coverage up to about 65% but it took years. My boss isn't a TDD guy either but we keep trying to slowly improve our tests

We (my boss and I) both started out with ColdFusion back in the day and, basically, no one wrote tests. So, it's been an uphill climb with ROR!
