Which is referring to the cat_id used in the $_POST query and also not being able to execute the $query as I killed the script

So im getting the doc created still but nothing in the db for the doc_cat_join table

get me an echo of $cat_ids

and an echo of $query aswell

before its called?

there wont be one because it hasnt been created yet

what do you want to insert in cat_doc_join then ?

its called doc_id

change that $doc_id = mysql_insert_id();

to

$doc_id = mysqli_insert_id($dbc);

and check if u get anything in doc_id

then $_POST['cat_id'] should be an array with 24 and 25

there is a missing space after VALUES

so this is selecting both...
