@ rayryeng Sorry for the delay, but I was starring at my data all day to understand what's going on. I found out what the problem was. The .img files I was looking at are corrupted. I have thousands of images, so I didn't realize I was looking at the same images in the same folder. Thanks a lot for your help! See you around.

@user3611812 Hahaha no problem. If you can, please accept my other answer that corrected how you should load in the files with the filename. I also recommend you delete this question as it was due to something we can't fix. Good luck!
