I did it. 1st line: pyhook, 2nd - pywin32. Then I tried: pip wheel --wheel-dir=c:\temp\pyHook-1.5.1-cp34-none-win32.whl -r requirements.txt

how do people usually install wheels anyways?

I'm not using Windows so it's a bit difficult to follow exactly what you are doing. In general, to get better responses in stack overflow, try to give more info about what didn't work (output, logs, error messages, etc) instead of just "didn't work)

Alto, try just running "pip wheel pyhook", and see what happens. If it works, then go with "pip wheel pywin32"
