Hi, i'm new to wordpress. i've downloaded in wordpress.org/download - Version 4.2.4. Now, need to create new project using core php,. what i've done in earlier install and create the database and config file. i had basic doubts of where have to save the php scripting, css, js files,. i already ask to god of Google and its say need to save php files in wp_content. can you help me to start, Can you pls share sample document, source or project explorer img details if had any.
