Write me a program that prints out the following header and data for each of the 13 pre-defined

Note:
 The data MUST align with the column header (Type, Min, Max). When you cut / paste
your output might be off, but I will know its correctness from your code.
 For the bool type, use a min defined as bool.FalseString and bool.TrueString.
