i'm doing this but subview of scroll view i want 2 label with W=50 at top right and top left also 2 label with same width bottom right and bottom left

You can do it. Set these two labels rect than you can able to see a warning with yellow color arrow icon besides with scene name listing. Click -> Show misplaced views -> Again click on right side yellow triangle -> Popup appear -> Choose Update constraints and mark Apply to all -> Click Fix misplacement will resolve all layout issues.

in right side label gives warning with "frame label will be different at run time"

i set label constraint left 20 and top 20

after left label set with the same top 20 and right 20 than 2nd warning with "2 views horizontally ambiguous"

What ever you do changes in frames and subviews, there should not be any warnings in Storyboard. However run your app and post screen shot for that, will help to understand more.

my right label is out of screen at left side same in my question link

at run time

You need to set top-left-bottom-right constraint like above image

It will fix your right label to its original place

Also set these 4 constraint for UIScrollView also

but this not work with iphone

scroll view i set this 4 constraints

Let me check in xcode as per your implementation

see first i take top bar

after that scroll view with all 4 constraints

after that take left label with 2 constraints left 20 and top 20

after that take right label with 2 constarints right 20 and top 20

i just set this

if i'm set all 4 constraints to label than i think it work with ipad but not display in iphone

And update it when ever your UIView is changes

its complex from creating 2 story board 1 for ipad and 1 for iphone

because the above screenshot is only work for iphone i want to work with both ipad and iphone
