Well my question is, I've used 3 fields for searching a user in my website .i.e., name, fname, sname. I've a database in which name can be repeated, if a user puts only name and press a button he should get a list of users having that name. How to code it ?

@DipaliPatil what do you mean when you say "name can be repeated"? The same name can occur in multiple rows?

@DipaliPatil You could write that with a WHERE name = ? OR fname = ? OR sname = ?
