please describe the architecture (i saw you are using wcf)

My client is windows phone app.
I login using the facebook api and get from it a string userProviderId.

Now I want to check if it's registered user in my app or it need to make new user.

I am checking it using wcf Service UserIdByProviderId

First it checks in the db if there is a user with that string (the line that stucks)
If exist then it returns the UserId
else it's create a new user and then returns the UserId

where do you host the wcf web service?
locally? azure?

By the way, Arie is a Jewish name, any chance you speak Hebrew?
