my senior developed Scheduler for bulk mail

it sends email after some interval

you can set interval as wel

interval will be updated in db-> tbl-> field

when service started first time it will run default setting.

if mail sending fails then it runs after 30 min.

but it first creates a queue to send mail

than create another queue which has failed

then check is there any mail id in failed queue

then scheduler will run again after 15 min.
